The Copier Program places the following cutting-edge, multifunctional devices with our customers.
Ricoh (all models can be enabled with Pharos Uniprint®; prints to 12 x 18, has stapler, has finishing options, fax can be added for a fee):
- Intelligent Devices: 25, 35, 45, 60 pages per minute
Canon (cannot use Pharos; no 11 x 17, no stapler, no finishing options, comes with fax):
- imageRunner Advance Color MFDs: 25, 35 pages per minute
We try to keep our devices as “new” as possible. About one-quarter of our fleet is leased on 5-year terms; when leases expire we either return the device to the vendor and lease a new one, or buy the device, lease a new one for the customer, and move the purchased device to current customers with even older devices (which are turned over to the vendor for recycling). Devices purchased directly are usually replaced at 5 years, as well. Unfortunately, for most of the time since Covid it has been difficult for us to replace devices in a timely manner.
