Pharos Servers Moving: AD to AU
We are undertaking the move of the servers and all their services to the AU domain after 5 pm on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
Due to the work we’ve undertaken with ITS we do not expect any impacts from the move. They’ve found solutions via Big Fix to update everyone’s Pharos Secure print driver (on Macs and PCs). If you cannot print directly, email us and we’ll set up a soonest appointment to help you.
If you find on the 13th that your device isn’t working on Pharos, or you can’t print and release using the Pharos Secure Driver, email us and we’ll work to figure out what’s going on.
