1. When the touchscreen reads "Touch here or swipe card to begin", touch the screen on the copier.
2. Using the keyboard on the touchscreen, enter your CruzID (your official UCSC email is CruzID@ucsc.edu; do not enter your full email address!) as your Username. Press <Next> in the lower right corner of the touchscreen.
3. Using the keyboard on the touchscreen, enter the last four digits of your Faculty/Staff/Student ID number as your Password. Press <Login> in the touchscreen. (bold)Attention students:(/bold) Your Student ID number is printed on the right side of your ID card. It is the middle seven digits, between the hyphens in the library barcode.
4. Using the keyboard on the touchscreen, enter the last four digits of your Faculty/Staff/Student ID number as your Password. Press <Login> in the touchscreen. 5. Once you’ve selected your charge method, you will be at the standard screen for setting up your copy job.
6. If you need to scan, press the <Send> button at the top of the touchscreen and select your scan options.
7. When you are finished, press the <ID> button on the right side of the main console, underneath the numberpad, to log out of your account.
